Hey..This is my freshly baked cupcakes - Mixed raisins, carrots & walnuts cake. Suppose to bake in a 10" or 11" square baking tin but I'm just feeling lazy to cut into pieces and that's why I put them into muffins paper cups. This is to shorten the baking time as well. My family members can just freely eat without dirty their hands. Very soft and rich.....yummy treats!
